Welcome you poor thing. It’s ICU time. Time to take you down to the frame, talk about your past, and have a good cry… only then can we rebuild.
Full cleaning, lubing, adjusting of everything cleanable, lubeable, and adjustable…to start. Then, new cables/housings, wheels trued and balanced, everything re-installed, torqued, tightened, and dialed.
Complete diagnosis and future recommendations tracked and logged.
